Renegade Marketing, New York:

The project consisted of the transformation of a 12,000 square foot television studio into a creative and flexible work environment that reflected the identity of this marketing company. The main priority was to accommodate a staff of 100, with potential for growth. Among the greatest challenges were a three-month deadline and a strict budget. We designed an open plan with seating “islands” that encouraged an open exchange of ideas. We used cost efficient, ready made furniture for the desk and storage requirements. The desks were connected by low partitions, made of lightweight Homasote and painted with bright colors. We utilized translucent panels from Panelite to create a reception area and as a guardrail on the mezzanine level.
