Chelsea Loft, New York:

An interior renovation for an art dealer that consisted of combining two existing apartments into one loft space that included 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area living room, and a family room. Aside from a strict budget, one of our challenges was to create an expansive space within the narrow constraints of the existing structural grid. We removed and reinforced several structural walls, allowing for a more generous flow of space. Also, we created a “light corridor” to filter natural light from the bright front of the apartment mixed with incandescent “light wells” toward the back.
